Your role and responsibilities at Comunvita 

• Internal communication: Support in developing and implementing an internal communication strategy aimed at keeping employees up to date on company news, events, and developments.
• Event planning: Helping to organize company events, team-building activities, and staff meetings to strengthen the internal corporate culture and promote team spirit.
• Content creation: Writing internal articles, newsletters, and other communication materials to inform employees about company initiatives, successes, and news.
• Social media management: Support in maintaining and updating our social media platforms to communicate our internal corporate culture to the outside world and make our employees proud of their work.
• Feedback and surveys: Support in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to gain insights into improving the internal corporate culture.

The successful applicant

• Creativity, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in corporate communications, employee engagement, and internal corporate culture.
• Experience working with social media is an advantage.
